Coordinated by Simerjeet Singh, the film manages a town in Punjab; the young people of which are inconsiderate to their duties. This influences the advancement of the town in general, leaving the unexpected older folks stressed and confused over the eventual fate of the town. In this climate of trouble, Captain Avatar Singh (Gurdaas Mann) comes back to his town after deliberately resigning from the Indian Naval power. Baffled with the present conditions he vows to change his local land.
